The owner of the property bought this three unit multifamily last year in August. She had the goal of updating the units and flipping the property, but came to find out that she did not like being a landlord. She currently has one vacant unit and two occupied units. The tenants downstairs have roughly been in those units for give or take the last 10 years again, she does not want to be a landlord anymore and would like to get this offer hands as soon as possible. She did minor updates to the building like updated one of the kitchens and fixed/replaced some of the plumbing.
