Fully guard gated, 24-hour security, community pool + 3 spas, gym, community room, unit has dedicated storage room. Stacked W/D in unit in second bathroom. Truly the best views in all of Sea Colony. Needs cosmetic update. Building plumbing was overhauled 2 to 3 years ago; 75% of roof was repaired around 3 years ago (remaining is supposedly fine).
