Home has been used as a rental for at least 10 years. Current renter is a family member. Home has 2-yr old solar panels which are paid off by the renter/family; unknown electrical work completed for solar. Aware of at least 1 Roof leak in the past and recommend roof estimate. Leaning retaining wall shared with downhill neighbor has been like that for as long as the current renter can remember. Approximate length of wall about 30-40ft made of block. 2 cracks noted on interior of home, one on wall approx 5′ in length has been painted/patched over several times; one crack approx 2′ in length noted in kitchen ceiling.

Popcorn ceiling and some recessed lights; outdoor patios have been recently paved and new patio cover recently installed. All original cabinets throughout home but some countertops replaced within last 10-15 years. Highly desirable single-loaded neighborhood, property backs up to greenbelt/trail.
