This is an inheritance. Our client is the successor trustee. A family member has lived here with no rental agreement for many years and is not cooperative, however has indicated she would accept cash for keys. A 30 day notice was served 2 weeks ago. I believe this is not sufficient and will have to be served a 60 day. In either case, I think cash solved the problem. We currently do not have access, but may have brief access tomorrow (Sunday) Roof is about 5-7 years old, Very little dry rot. Could use updating, however. There is a 2nd unit attached. Permit status unknown. We believe it is a 1/1. Excellent neighborhood.. ARV is off the charts.
